The Albanian Parliament has decided to grant a grace period for the implementation of the e-invoicing and monitoring system that started on 01.01.2021. So all the tax payers subject of Law 87/2020 “For the electronic invoice and monitoring system” will not penalized in case of non compliance with this law up to 01.01.2022.
